鼻炎:dip nose in water, after get used to it, slowly inhale water, then quickly release. basically you are washing your nose with water. It may take a long time, but it's going to work.
便秘:oatmeal from big pakage (not instant ones)

疼痛:lots of times, pain around joints is caused by tight muscles. vertebrae can be adjusted by hanging upside down (upper body is much heavier than lower body).
